Terms of Payment

Payment has to be made into my bank account 8 days after receipt of  pictures/or receipt of invoice.

Cancellation:

Cancellation 3 days prior to appointment will result in a cancellation fee of DKK 3.000 including VAT.
If you want to change the assignment date to another date this is possible free of charge once. However if further changes are made there will be an extra fee of DKK 1.500. So please contact me in advance to clarify if a change of assignment date is possible. If the date is not available for me, the cancellation fee will apply.

Terms of payment may wary depending on the scope of the assignment.

Force Majeure:

Photograph Suzanne B. Danneskiold Lassen can cancel or terminate the assignment in case of force majeure such as war, riots, strikes, lock-out, oil- and gas-rationing, border closing, pandemics, nature and contamination or similar incidents. In case of force majeure the photographer is obligated to inform the client as soon as possible. If you up front  have paid a depositum the money will not be refunded in case of force majeure.

In case of death:

There will be no cancellation fee if you can show and death certificate.
